I am currently a PhD researcher, looking at causal AI for decision making.
I originally put this website together to document my journey from being an analytical immunoassay scientist, to a machine learning engineer. However, as I have studied and worked more in the field, I developed a love for the dscipline. So, I have kept studying and working, leading to my website/blog getting bigger, see what you think!

2025 In The Rear View Mirror
The Last Post For 2025
I know last year I said it had been a big year, but this year has been huge!
Iconic 2025 Moments:
- Finished my Masters in AI and ML
- Finished my Masters with a 7.0 GPA
- Got a letter of offer for a PhD program (I have accepted the offer but don’t have a start date as of yet 🎉)
- Went to Sydney thrice, visiting Reddam College to deliver professional development courses to teachers for AI with AICamp, eating everything, and perusing some art museums
- Delivered professional development courses to Alliance College for the use of AI with AICamp
- Delivered professional development material to Barossa Eye Clinic for the use of AI
- Helped build a diagnostic recommender for Barossa Eye Clinic
- Helped iterate some new surgical methods at Barossa Eye Clinic
- Was published at NeurIPS for an AI oriented professional development piece
- Led an AI art course for children at Prince Alfred College with AICamp
- Worked with AICamp to deliver a Science Alive booth
- Put together a LLM with RAG to sift through academic material
- Played a lot of DnD
- Played a lot of Balatro and Megabonk
- Turned 30 and had what felt like a 30 day hang over
- Drank my body weight in coffee at least 10x (Again)
- Survived a series of migraines that arose from hell itself (…Again)
It’s looking like 2026 should be a busy one!
I was also successful in securing a scholarship for my PhD program, hopefully I find my feet! 🤞
